End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Overview

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Petitek, LLC ("Petitek") governing the use of firmware, software, and related technology embedded in or associated with the ChatrBox product ("Product").

2. License Grant

Petitek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and firmware solely in conjunction with authorized ChatrBox hardware for its intended purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the software or firmware.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the software or firmware to third parties.
• Use the software or firmware in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the software, firmware, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Petitek. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights to the User.

5. Updates

Petitek may provide updates, patches, or enhancements at its sole discretion. Such updates remain subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by separate licensing terms.

6. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It automatically terminates if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use of the software and firmware and destroy any copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software and firmware are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Petitek be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software or firmware, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
