Thank you for choosing ChatrBox. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period.
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Petitek will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by water, impact, or extreme environmental conditions
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Petitek Support and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Product serial number
- A brief description of the issue
Once your information has been reviewed, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement if the issue is covered under warranty.
